Kombucha poultice: use the culture and apply to affected area, secure with a dressing and cover with plastic wrap, then bandage and re-apply as required.
Kombucha compress: use a hot compress for chronic pain, and cool for acute pain. Kombucha compresses dilute 1:1 with water, soak a thick clean absorbent cloth into kombucha tea, then apply and cover with a dry towel.
