Kombucha for skin care

        KOMBUCHA FOR SKIN CARE
Kombucha poultice: use the culture and apply to affected area, secure with a dressing and cover with plastic wrap, then bandage and re-apply as required.
Kombucha compress: use a hot compress for chronic pain, and cool for acute pain. Kombucha compresses dilute 1:1 with water, soak a thick clean absorbent cloth into kombucha tea, then apply and cover with a dry towel.
Kombucha douche: add 1 litre of warm water to a bowl to which you add 30 ml of kombucha vinegar. Use a cotton wool pad to soak and bathe the affected area for a few minutes. Repeat as required..
Kombucha vinegar: is simply made by allowing the fermentation process to continue until the tea eventually turns to vinegar, approximately 4 weeks.
Kombucha Facial Steam: kombucha tea 200 ml, 1 litre of boiling water and add to kombucha tea. Follow procedures as for facial steam N.B. Not suitable for skin with broken veins.
Kombucha Cleanser: pure Honey 50 g, kombucha fungus cream 1 tsp., kombucha brew 5 ml, lavender essential oil 15 drops. Mix ingredients together. Apply twice daily onto moist skin and massage in gently, then rinse well with water.
